Iranian filmmaker and writer based in Bologna, working across documentary, criticism, and photography.
My work sits at the intersection of film history, political analysis, and literature — from Pirandello's metatheatre to the mythologies embedded in war cinema. I studied chemical engineering in Isfahan before turning to Italian Studies at the University of Bologna, where the distance between disciplines became the subject itself.
